Price

The price shown when you book is the price for the service package and extras you chose, including VAT at 15%. It covers the parts and labour listed for that package.

Extra work

If we find something that needs attention outside your booking, we will call you with a price first. We never do extra work without your approval.

Changing or cancelling

You can move or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your time, using the link on your booking page. Cancellations get a full refund to the original payment method. Within 24 hours, please call us on 072 909 0824.

Your car details

Prices depend on the car details you give us. If the car brought in differs from those details, we will confirm any price difference with you before starting.

Payment

Payments are processed by Yoco. Card details are entered on Yoco’s secure page and never reach Focus Auto.
